Ah, good morning! Birds are chirping outside, butterflies are fluttering about, it’s all cloudy and breezy and I just finished my morning stretches. It feels so good and awesome!
But summer vacation is almost upon us, and not only will we travel and miss gym, but we also want our bodies bikini-ready! That calls for some serious help. Plus I’ve been getting requests to put up an article on my favorite butt workouts and who better to teach us all than the bikini pros themselves!
These three Victoria’s Secret angel workouts are my faves! Angels Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio share the workouts they do to sculpt their hot bods with their trainer Justin Gelband. What’s more, they are completely equipment-free, so you can do them when you’re traveling, too.
Let’s check them out!
Butt Workout
Angel Candice says she uses ankle weights to give make her butt and thighs work out that much harder.

Micro-Squat
“I like to focus on my thighs and bum, so I do a lot of squats,” said Candice in an interview with Vogue. “Squats are the key! It’s definitely squats! They work for me. Even 10 make me feel better.” Here’s how to do her micro-squats:
Extend your arms and stand with your feet together. Then squat, lowering your body two inches per count for three counts. Hold, and then rise with three counts. Repeat, this time with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then repeat with your feet together and apart again. That’s one round. Do 10 repetitions.
So, there you go. These are the easiest and bestest workouts for this summer! Hope you liked them, and also share with me what workout routine you follow so we all can try that too.
Let’s burn it out! #noexcuses
