Versace Women’s Pre-Spring 2017 Collection comes with a lot of clean lines and simple cuts, making a big case for minimalism.

Some silhouettes use black as the base, and pair it up with basic colors for highlighting hems, adding vertical lines or popped-out edges.

Jackets add interest with mixed fabrics – patent with leather and suede. The sporty vibe is present – with trousers cropped just above the ankles. The sportiness is also added with one of the outfits that uses black, turquoise and red stripes that remind me of Martini Racing. The colors and stripes add rhythm and liveliness to the ensemble.

It reminds me of Barbie’s outfits, which is an interesting, unique idea, made even more conspicuous by the use of block-like heels.
