Bollywood fashion icon Sonam Kapoor walks the ramp for Birdichand Ghanshyamdas for their Delhi Durbar collection. View the looks here!
“Birdhichand’s Delhi Durbar collection pays tribute to the royal gems of India. As the name of the collection reveals, browsing through Delhi Durbar is like a walk through the royal pavilions in the regal era. An array of opulence & extravagance, the collection ambles through the modernized versions of jewelry adorned by royalties. Delhi Durbar collection incorporates the age-old traditional techniques in modern silhouettes and pastel hues,” says the show description.
Sonam Kapoor walked the show wearing a lehenga choli with bordered dupatta designed by Jayanti Reddy. However, the elegant choker paired with layered necklace uplifted the look. This is the type of jewelry any bride would dream to wear on her D-day! Maang tika, slave bracelet and earrings that matched the choker were seen. The jewelry looked royal and it reminded one of the Rajputana time!
