Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna’s latest ‘Scion of Skin’ collection was glittery yet simple. View the collection and read our review.
The elements used in the collection were minimal. The silhouettes included knee length dresses and skirts with sequin work on them. Asymmetrical tops and jackets were seen in some looks. Tops paired with crop pants, capes and midi-dresses were the flavor of the show. Casual skirts paired with formal jackets were also seen.
The duo used black, white and pastel colors like ice blue, rose pink and peach. Silver metallics were seen prominently in the collection.
A lot of the outfits had chevron pattern made out of sequins. The shimmer also came with bold glittery lips and metallic shoes, setting a glam mood for the whole collection.
The outfit that drew most of my attention was one with a knee length sequinned pencil skirt. It was paired with a black crop top attached to violet cape with shoulder cut-outs. Another of my favorite is from the men’s collection was an Indo-western outfit with an asymmetric gold metallic zip detail. Simple yet chic – perfect for any wedding ceremony!
