From the classic plain jeans to latest skinny ones, check out the 7 latest men’s jeans trends from Spring 2018 collections!
So, I went through all the designer menswear collections from Spring Summer 2018. The classic jeans are a savior for almost any occasion and this year we’re seeing a variety of trendy styles. From impressing your girl to creating a statement on casual FRidays, check out the latest men’s jeans trends!
Latest Men’s Jeans Trends for 2018
1. Unwashed Denims
Faded jeans are out and are giving way to monotonous, unwashed jeans. Personally, I loved this trend back in the 90s and I’m glad designers are bringing them back. They are neat and define the gentleman style. We saw dark blue, grey and black color jeans – mostly well-fitted ones! The dark blue is a must have – perfect for dates, night outs and even work.

2. Cropped/ Folded Hem Jeans
Cropped jeans are so cool for the spring/ summer season. We saw folded hems trend, too on the runways. Designers like Alexander McQueen to Gucci have brought this style amongst the latest jeans trends for men! I loved the pairing of cropped jeans with graphic art sweater by Gucci. We also saw matching denim sets, fringed jeans, slim fit and frayed hemline jeans.
3. Skinny Jeans
Skinny jeans trend have made a comeback and they are skin tight. I don’t know why designers are making this a trending men’s jeans style for the scorching heat of summer. I’m sure my boyfriend won’t be pleased with this trend! But I liked the pairing of the extra long shirt with the skinny jeans by Balmain.
4. Slim Fit
Slim fit jeans are more relaxed than skinny jeans but still snug. These jeans give a really trendy and polished look. They are perfect for lunch dates with your girl and night outs. I loved the matching denim set by Versace.
5. The 80s Styles
The classic 80s jeans trends are making waves in the runway collections. From matching denim sets to high waist to baggy jeans in washed-out blue and faded grey tones, they all are making a comeback this year. If you’re a George Michael fan, then definitely you gonna love this trend!
6. Embellished Jeans
Embellished jeans are perfect for parties. They can even work as casual wear if you love to experiment. Studded embellished denims were super-hot in the runway collections. We also saw patchwork jeans with embellishments by Moschino.
7. Ripped Jeans
Ripped jeans are not so ripped in 2018. No skin show was the motto designers were following, perhaps! Try skinny jeans with tiny rips on the thighs. I wonder why the designers came up with this trend when the rips are almost invisible. Wear them with sweaters, casual shirts and tee shirts!
