Anti-Harassment Policy is strictly against harassment of any kind, including physical, emotional or sexual. We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of their gender, sexual preference, physical appearance, race, age, disability, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of employees, readers, clients or guests in any form, including but not limited to sexist remarks, demeaning comments, or discriminatory remarks that threaten emotional well-being or personal safety. Violation of these rules leads to a breach of the employment agreement and may result in immediate termination of employment. Should an employee be terminated on the grounds of sexual or other harassment, will have no obligation to them, financial or otherwise.

Anyone working in office or third-party vendors, agencies or firms working on projects are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, employees should not use sexualized images or other material. Employees, interns and volunteers should not wear sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes or otherwise create an environment that may threaten other members’ emotional well-being or personal safety.

If you are being harassed, notice harassment in any form, or have any concerns, please contact your supervisor, manager or the Human Resources department immediately. We expect all employees to follow these rules at our offices, work, and social events.
