How to Do Dewy Skin Makeup
Here are steps on how to get the perf dewy skin makeup look. Before you start off with any makeup make sure you hydrate your face and neck.
Step 1: Primer
There’s nothing worse than having your base settling into fine lines, making your makeup cakey. So, invest in a good hydrating primer for a smooth flawless base. This will instantly make you seem glowy from within!
Step 2: Foundation
Go ahead and apply the foundation into the skin with a damp beauty blender. Make sure it’s blended even for that perfect look!
Pro Tip: Add radiance drops with your foundation or you could also add two drops of jojoba oil or any other oil to make your base blend like a dream.
For all my oily skinned girls, you could choose a foundation with a natural matte finish to help you seem radiant.
Step 3: Concealer
You can easily skip this step or maybe just go with the littlest of product for a natural look. You can cover up any dark circles under the eyes and just touch upon the blemishes. Definitely don’t overdo it!
Step 4: Setting Powder
After blending the concealer, use a fluffy brush to tap translucent powder only on the T-zone and the spots where you concealed to set the concealer or foundation.
Step 5: Contouring/ Bronzing
Ditch the contouring and forget the chiseled cheekbone. All you need is some bronzer on the sides of the nose and under the jawline if you are too light. Another tip would be to do quick little sweeps of a shimmery bronzer over your matte bronzer to retain the freshness.
Step 6: Details
Also, add some blush on the apples of your cheeks. Keep your brows slightly feathery with minimal definition.
You can also try the no eyeshadow look and just curl those lashes and apply mascara.
Step 7: Highlighter
Get the glow on with a cream highlighter on all the highpoints – cheekbones, brow bone. Sweep up the highlighter towards the temples of your forehead, inner corners of your eyes, the bridge of your nose and cupid bow.
Another tip: You can spritz some setting mist directly onto the brush and apply it onto the highpoints of your face.
Lastly, spritz some fixing spray to your face and finish off for an all-day dewy and radiant look.
