Trendy Fall Colors for 2018
1. Icy Blue
What’s more perfect than an a frosty blue outfit on a cold snowy day? This icy, wintry color was prominent on the runways of Carolina Herrera, Moschino and Ralph & Russo, to name a few. This color was seen on mainly skirts, dresses and jackets and would be great for a winter wedding! Christian Siriano even had a metallic version of this icy blue in his Fall Winter 2018-19 show. We also saw shades like ice green and frosted turquoise.Try this soft winter color palette for brunches and parties.
2. Porcelain
Move over nude, and make way for porcelain!
Shades close to white such as ivory, ecru, cream, pearl and egg shell were super popular in the FW18 fashion shows. These off-white fall colors were spotted in the collections of Alexander McQueen, Fendi, Dior and Valentino.
3. Neon
Add a pop of shocking color to dull and dark outfits for the upcoming season! Electrifying hues of green, yellow, pink and orange are some of the top colors for Fall Winter 2018. These fall clothing colors were in last year and they’re not going anywhere anytime soon. We saw these winter colors not just in clothes but also accessories on the runways of Prada, Balmain, Giorgio Armani and more!
4. Wine Red
This exact shade of dark, almost-burgundy red was one of the top nail colors last fall and this year, it’s back in trend for clothing. These fall colors are a great way to keep your winter outfits dark without opting for boring black. We saw wine red on the runways of Elie Saab, Dior, Fendi and Marc Jacobs on coats and dresses.
5. Silver
Celebrate the cold months with a shiny, metallic silver! From dark to light and in between, there were all shades of silver on the Fall 2018 runways. These fall colors were mostly seen as head-to-toe silver looks this season. But if that’s a li’l too much for you, add silver accents with a jacket or scarf. Jazz up a pair of jeans and a tee with a silver coat like Dior or rock a silver bodycon dress at a party like the one by Alice + Olivia! We also spotted loads of gold in the FW18 fashion shows.
6. Blush
Almost a pinky nude, this beautiful, minimal shade was extremely popular on the runways for Fall 2018. We saw it a lot on the runways of Moschino, Oscar de la Renta and Ralph & Russo and it’s the perfect alternative for a nude or neutral. Also great for fall wedding colors!
7. Scarlet Red
Each season, there’s always one shade of classic red that makes it to our list of trending fall colors. And for Fall 2018, it’s scarlet red! This timeless, classic color was all over the runways of Dolce & Gabbana, Naeem Khan and Marc Jacobs.
8. Fuchsia
If you’re not a fan of the subtle blush pink or the striking neon pink, fuchsia is the color for you! It’s the perfect in-between shade to don this season. This winter color was popular in the fashion shows of Zuhair Murad, Alexander Wang, Moschino, Carolina Herrera and many more!
9. Cobalt Blue
One of last season’s top trends, electric blue, has made a comeback in a more toned-down version. We mostly saw these fall fashion colors as an accent to outfits in the shows of Chanel, Maison Margiela and Coach.
10. Eggplant
Different hues of violet like plum, raisin, grape, eggplant and mulberry were so huge on the FW18 runways that we couldn’t ignore them. From gowns and dresses to pants and jackets, these deep winter colors were everywhere! Top brands like Zuhair Murad, Marc Jacobs, D&G and Naeem Khan opted for these colors, making them a must-have for Fall 2018.

It’s like designers can’t look beyond black in most collections. So I’m glad you brought out some interesting trends.
So then, the fall colour predicted had to be black and green and earthen blues which are not even here as options!
