From the 90s iconic heroine Karisma Kapoor to the new age pretty actress Alia Bhatt, check out the best Bollywood fashion Instagram pics!
We also evaluated their fashion sense and rated them out of 5 points. The rating is based on the trendiness, style and if they have a celeb factor (of course! I don’t wanna see some basic OOTD picture that we mere-mortals post on our accounts) and also the picture quality. Like as a celeb, you’re expected to have your crew follow you around 24X7. Or at least find decent lighting.
So girls, grab your popcorn tubs ‘cos we are having an ultimate battle of Bollywood fashion Instagram outfits!
Bollywood Fashion Instagram Party Looks
1. Taapsee Pannu
Taapsee Pannu’s Instagram account is super stylish and it’s worth following her. From trendy sock boots to boyfriend shoes to thigh high boots, her shoes are glam. Oops! I’m seeing only shoes ‘cuz I’m working on shoe trend analysis. Anyway coming back to the outfits, I loved this half overskirt paired with full sleeved embellished top. Also, the hair and shoes are on point! And an extra point for the pose.
Score: 5/5
2. Sonakshi Sinha
Sonakshi Sinha’s style has really evolved. I loved this lilac matching set. And the layered top with side swept hair is perfect for a girl’s night out.
Score: 4/5
3. Shraddha Kapoor
Kudos to Shraddha Kapoor’s amazing stylist. Her feed is full of trendy and chic outfits. Like this embellished slip top worn over a button up shirt and the belt defines the waist. Also, the smokey eyes and wet hair look is perfect for night parties.
Score: 5/5
4. Parineeti Chopra
Parineeti Chopra is giving us fashion goals with this Indo western outfit. The long peplum top is as trendy as ever. And the pairing with dhoti pants is perfect! A perfect Instagram picture. An extra point for the color – burgundy!
Score: 4/5
5. Sonam Kapoor
Sonam Kapoor is less popular for her acting career and more for her fashion sense. I guess she’s least bothered about her acting career. Yeah! When you’re a showstopper for Ralph & Russo fashion show, why bother about mainstream Bollywood cinema? Gah! So beneath her, all this Bollywood! So, she paired a cold shoulder blouse with pearl embellishments and ruffles with an off white saree. Dreamy and magical!
Score: 5/5
6. Esha Gupta
Esha Gupta looks gorgeous in the printed asymmetrical top paired with lehenga. I loved the plunging V-neckline that complements the full sleeves. A perfect outfit for Diwali. Minus one for the lighting, I barely can see her face.
Score: 3/5
7. Karisma Kapoor
Karisma Kapoor has vanished from movies but she surely knows how to stay in limelight. Her Instagram feed is loaded with OOTD pics! She’s rocking this Diwali look all right. Who has the time to drape a real saree? An Indo-western pre-draped saree for the modern woman always. Also, the embellished dress with draped top gives festive vibes!
Score: 4/5
8. Sunny Leone
Sunny Leone’s style is impeccable! She knows how to do it right. In fact, she can give Instagram style tips to her fellow actresses. Here she’s sporting this year’s hottest trend – velvet slip dress. Perfect for hitting the club.
Score: 5/5
9. Disha Patani
The newbie created quite a stir with her debut – M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. But she’s a real hottie off-screen too. With her sexy dance moves and a body to die for, she always gets her fashion right! Grab some chilled drink – the knee length ‘very’ high slit is too hot to handle!
Score: 4/5
10. Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt has some not-so-bad outfits in her Insta feed. But with her oh-so-normal looks and her poses, she’s like a-girl-who-I-know or some friend. Alia, you need a better PR rep! I like the blazer but the hair’s boring. So a low score it is!
Score: 3/5
11. Aditi Rao Hydari
The pretty actress looks beautiful in a Tarun Tahiliani polka dot skirt. But she could have paired with a different top. The turtleneck isn’t doing justice to the skirt. I love her dark lips though!
Score: 3/5
12. Athiya Shetty
Athiya Shetty looks elegant in Shyamal & Bhumika’s ensemble. The embellished choker completes the look!
Score: 4/5
13. Dia Mirza
Dia Mirza is active on her Instagram account as she keeps posting beautiful outfit pictures. For Diwali, she wore this Masaba Gupta lehenga and off-the-shoulder-crop top. She knows how to ace the party look.
Score: 4/5
So, it’s a tie between Taapsee Pannu, Shraddha Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. It’s a tough decision to make! But ultimately there’s only one winner and the best Bollywood fashion Instagram award goes to *tada* Shraddha Kapoor! Did you guys enjoy this post? Do you have a cool Insta page to show us?
