Cushnie Spring Summer 2019 collection had models of different races and sizes. This collection was indeed a great inspiration for those who feel ramp walk may not be their forté owing to their color or body shape. Check out our review and view the collection here!
This is the first solo collection by the designer. The vibrant colors and minimal silhouettes were the highlights of the collection. From maxi dresses to jumpsuits to ruffle pants, from slit gowns to bodysuits, there was hardly anything the designer missed to showcase that would look good either for a night party or a pool party!
Colors ranged from brights to pastels and whites. Color blocking was used a lot, combining complementary colors like blue/green and red/pink.
Handbags included bucket bags, fringe bag and handheld ones! Slicked back hair and oversized hoops were seen in almost all the looks. My favorite look from the collection was a model wearing a pink tropical print swimsuit paired with a mesh cover up. It looks so summery!
