From playful prints to relaxed outfits, the Christian Siriano Spring Summer 2019 collection was truly a treat to the eyes. Check out the collection and read our review here!
The Big Four Spring 2019 fashion weeks are not even halfway done and we’re already seeing plus sized models and racial diversity. In Christian Siriano Spring Summer 2019 collection, equal weight was given to both day wear and evening wear. Ruffles, applique, embellishment and flounce surface techniques were used in most of the evening wear outfits. While leopard print dominated in most of the looks giving the collection a bold look.
The color palette included neutral colors and guess what, neons are back on the runway! We saw neon colored outfits in Cushnie Spring Summer 2019 collection and now in this one too! Are neons really making a comeback? Well, we have to wait until the fashion weeks wind up!
Accessories included straw hats without which any vacation is incomplete! And being summer collection, no wonder there was a huge range of sunglasses – from narrow to mirror to cat eye to patterned. Also, handbags included chain link sling bags, metallics, structured and handheld ones. The make up was subtle with colored eyeshadow. Personally, I liked the nail art which was a combination of black and white.
Overall, the collection was bold yet wearable!
