Discover my makeup collaboration with M.A.C. cosmetics and eye makeup look with M.A.C. modern twist kajal liner – bold, sexy, straight-off-the-runway!
Hey gorgeous! I’m so excited to share my latest collaboration with M.A.C. cosmetics. They’ve recently launched a brand new product – the Modern Twist Kajal liner, and their makeup artist from Kolkata, Lucy, created this bold, mysterious, straight-off-the-runway look on me using it. Check it out!
The eyeliner was launched just last week, and this look was created at the M.A.C. boutique in Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Chennai. For this makeup look, I wanted to create something that you all could recreate, something bold, iconic and slightly dramatic, (but not unwearable!) So we went for an extended wing eyeliner look using two colors – black adds boldness and mystery, and turquoise matches the dress perfectly to give it a pop of color – metallic night out in the city! Here’s the complete look.
The makeup was kind of impromptu and Lucy matched it to the dress I was already wearing. I wore a turquoise mini-dress, paired with blue wedges, an exquisite turquoise stone necklace and ring, and a matching shoulder Jimmy Choo bag.
The eye makeup was paired with a smooth finish of M.A.C. mineralize foundation, M.A.C. cheek studio blush, topped with loose powder. The lips were kept nude to give more attention to the eyes! I love how this look is sexy, eye-catching and perhaps shocking!
It took the makeup artist lots of work and retouch-up, plus a stead hand to draw these dramatic extended wings and make them so symmetrical!
Hope you enjoyed this mini-look! I’m going to be creating yet another makeup look with the new M.A.C. Modern Twist Kajal liner, so stay tuned! What did you think of this look? Would you wear it? Dare to be bold? Comment below! Lemme know!
