Hey, my angels! The New Year comes with loads of expectations. Which we have from ourselves. New Year fitness goals make the top of resolutions lists for everyone. And whether fitness is important to us or not, in today’s age of social media, it can’t hurt to have an Instagram-worthy body, right!?

Well, come the first week of January, Audrey O. and her friend want to get started with their new year fitness goals and work out sessions. After all, there’s all the extra calories they’ve loaded up during the holiday season that they need to get rid of! They start happily… Let’s see if they’re able to keep up!
